BotPlaybooks is a brand of Arrington Consulting LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("BotPlaybooks," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying or downloading any persona or pack, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are getting

Personas, prompts, workflows and guardrails on BotPlaybooks are templates and educational content. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or results. We don't guarantee that any persona will produce a particular outcome.

2. AI can make mistakes

Personas run on third-party AI systems we don't control. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased or completely made up (often called "hallucinations"), even when it sounds confident. Don't rely on AI output as your only source of truth.

3. You are responsible for outputs and decisions

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before you use it, and for every decision and action you or your agents take, including anything sent, posted, purchased, paid, signed or deleted. Keep a human in the loop and approve important actions yourself.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on BotPlaybooks, and no persona output, is legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, medical, HR or employment advice. Personas with titles like "CFO," "Counsel" or "HR Manager" are role templates, not licensed professionals. Consult a qualified professional before acting on matters in those areas.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrington Consulting LLC (dba BotPlaybooks) and its owners and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, any persona, or any AI output, including decisions made based on persona suggestions or AI errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

6. All sales final

Packs are digital downloads delivered immediately. All sales are final, and there are no refunds on digital downloads.

7. License

When you buy a pack, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt its personas for your own personal or internal business use, including with your own clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or repackage the paid prompts or files, in original or modified form. Free personas may be used, but not republished as a collection.

8. Third-party platforms

BotPlaybooks is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, OpenAI, xAI or any AI or agent platform. Product names belong to their owners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, which applies from when it's posted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
